The host and hostess were exceptionally warm and responsive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

There was some street noise in the mornings, particularly from the room we stayed in, which may be an issue for light sleepers.

utterly disappointing. no a/c, so my double room turned into a sauna at night, what a surprise! also, bit of street noise, but pet peeves aside, I expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles. We all know I am deserving. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't do it.

We had a wonderful family stay in Montepulciano with our two little ones. The hosts were incredibly warm and even shared great local tips. Plus, the jetted tub was a huge hit—for both relaxation and fun! My kids loved exploring the nearby piazza.

My wife says that better soundproofing would enhance the experience.

perfectly situated for exploring and enjoying monte pulciano

I had a fantastic experience at this charming spot, being just a few steps from the beautiful piazza grande and across the street from the best cafe for my morning cappuccino made my stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. luisa and giuseppe treated me like family, always ready with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions that truly enriched my weekend strolls around this picturesque town.
